MEDIA ACCREDITATION

Media representatives – press, photo, Web, radio and television – must be duly accredited in order to cover 2010 Public Science Symposium.

Media representatives wishing to obtain accreditation must submit a request by email to Johanne Fillion at jfillion@pispc.ca. This email should contain the following information: name, organization, phone, e-mail and organization website. They will then receive a confirmation within the hours. Registrations are possible on-site too.

Media representatives are invited to pick up their badge and information package at the media registration desk upon arrival. The press badge will give access to the Conference and the press room. This badge is personal and non transferable please.

Accreditation is free-of-charge for authorized media.

Access to the 2010 Science Policy Symposium
The 2010 Symposium press accreditation badge will be required for access to the Conference. This badge is personal and non transferable.

Electronic media
Television crews and photographers must make necessary arrangements in advance to be assigned locations in plenary sessions and conference rooms.
